★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my call with the customer service dept, the office will be open on Saturday till 1:30 PM, however when I visited the place at 12 PM, it was closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to other mutual funds, the funds investment planning of HDFC MF is very poor. In my portfolio where as other MFs NAV are above cost, HDFC MIDCAP OPPORTUNITY FUND & HDFC small cap funds both are showing negative NAV. While MIDCAP OPPORTUNITY fund is negative by 5%, Small cap fund is 10% negative. So I request investors don't invest in HDFC MF, other MF are far better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service not so good here....HDFC personnel at inquiry counter are very rude....They don't have correct information regarding there own services. I went for MF kyc information they just gave me form and told idhar sign kar do yeh de Dena woh de Dena Saab verify karenge...They don't know that we can do MF kyc online also we don't need Saab to verify our documents....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My KYC process is not done after my father's death. The process is tedious. I do not have PAN card original now. But with self attested it's possible. I want to withdraw all my fund. But these people asking original PAN. MY KYC AND KARTA CHANGE PROCESS IS AWAITED SINCE 2 YEARS
