Poor communication for claim reimbursement. No online services. Don't go for it just to save Rs. 200-500.

Harrasing company sending messages and forcing people to buy their insurance. since 6 months i don't even know who they are i never made any inquiry to them. They buy the numbers randomly and harras people by sending the messages and calls on daily basis.although informing them about the harrasment there is no resolution from six months.even today i have received the message.

I have been their first time customer. I sent my OPD claim request to them from Baroda as they don't have any office in gujarat except Ahmedabad. But I must say they're very supportive and prompt enough to process my claim. I would recommend everyone to get Cigna TTK pro health policies and their other products over most of the inefficient medical insurance companies. Thank you for great service and keep it up.

I AM SAYING FROM MY BLOOD TEARS DONT BUY MANIPAL CIGNA TTK HEALTH INSURANCE - OTHERWISE AFTER THAT YOU WILL BLAME YOURSELF AT CLAIM TIME Here Not availabel negative rating otherwise i will give minus - 10000.... My Claim has been Denied(Rejected). I submitted all original Medical Bills and Blood Test Reports, Hospital Bills, and all necessary documents Beak up and everything which they wanted. Already I informed that I will now admit in hospital for dengue fever and they also generated claim number and approved for my self and I submitted all documents on the branch after discharge. After 35 days they tell me only on email(no sms, no call) that it has been rejected due to misrepresentations and same problem getting most of manipal cigna ttk customer. And they are not providing details on what misrepresentations to rejected my claim. I m still waiting for their response. Customercare guys say we have not more information they tell please mail for that and I didn't get any proper responce. I'm Very Very angry on Manipal cigna TTK(Worst - Money waste company ever) If you are existing policyholder PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. Only go for cashless Don't go for Reimbursement otherwise you do not get anything except frustration and time waste

Dear all Customer, Please don't by this Policy. Hear all of people is uneducated. I have raised Small Opd Claim only of 1900 rupees. I have provided each and every documentation. But His department always raised query to given Discharge summary. I have sent almost 20 emails and described in emails I have raised claim regarding OPD NOT IPD. But they doesn't understand of Small things. Second Policy described in her documents in some critical situation I have provided all benefits mentioned in docs. In Policy described if any beds not available at hospital and patients take treatment at her home so I have provided this benefits. I have raised claims regarding covid 19 but company says am not providing this facility.

third class company , I have claim for reimbursement of Rs 1,52000/- as I had treatment for corona in month of March 21, still they have not settled my reimbursement and each time when i call their representative they are giving different answer and asking for new - new document, though I have submitted all document and bills, and also when I am tracking my claim status it is showing above 50% deduction of my claim amount. so what the use of paying them huge premium amount. so I suggest all of you not to buy this company's health policy.

Poor services, everything is on digital and at last asking to submit hard copies. Poor people and uneducated people will never get a single rupee from Manipal. This is the strategy to earn money. Not received a single call from them for the status of claim. they just drop the mail for single single missing paper and all. first they asked for document to upload, than asked for self attested an than asked for hard copies. Either they are fools or they are making us fool.
