★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I have a choice , this company deserves no star at all. We purchase goods with them, they send faulty, incomplete product, send goods without cable and adaptor. The laser has no effect at all. The customer service are responsive when u talk about procurement but after payment, they care nothing about entertaining your inquiry. Stay away. You will regret purchasing anything with them. The customer careline is very rude, its the CEO number but i think a lady (Miss Preeti) is the one handling and doesn't takes any feedback and doesnt answers to after sale inquiry. Selling incomplete dangerous goods. They took ages to send the rest of the incomplete items out of the order and their after sales service is 0 value. She simply say she will not take responsibility to send the missing goods. Neither refund nor resend. Scammer company i would say for sure. Stay away. Well since the owner replies in arrogance that they never denied replacement.. I shall attach the screenshot to show the proof that their Miss Preeti denied sending back replacement and blocked me. And it has been 3rd month they have not posted the adaptors making the machine useless to be used. A company that can't even own up and rectify their mistakes of incomplete shipment for 3 months.. What can be expected from them?
