After enquiring these people are called to me for order...I'm impressed because they way of approaching is very polite and very cool and also they have so many models ,i choose one model and send money to them. they promised when you send money after we will dispatch your item next hour... they're dispatched my item I received product yesterday I opened the box and checked inside i received only hydrocollator unit it's quality is very good and looking like very premium but because of small mis communication I have not received insider hot pack it's worth 1250 I'm contacted them they thought I ordered only hydrocollator unit and also they charges only unit price but i thought unit with pack i explained to them they said it's very small issue finally they sent hot pack without any changes ... thank you???

It's a worthy machine, performs pretty well. I am using it on patients and recieving positive feedback and treatment results. Machine is equipped with IFT, Russian current, Tens, Muscle stimulator, Ultrasound and Two heating pads. In simple terms it's a full package. As per my experience with the machine I recommend to purchase. The makers are reliable and responding promptly. Service centre also available in my city so I am quite satisfied.
