★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointing and unprofessional services.
They can keep you waiting for days and at the end they can tell you recollect samples.
I have been waiting for more tha 48 hours. I have written to their CEO, GM and CTO. Have been calling customer care. Have emailed to customer care.
Why do they need to recollect samples???? Have they lost previous ones??? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's difficult to contact, if reports are not received in time, toll free number is not useful when you don't get your reports in time. Better to have blood test in local laboratory where you can directly contact.No doubt , it's cheaper but if you are not in hurry, than its ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope I can give zero star.. Very thirdclass service. Today I have booking for 8.30 am for collection but person not come till 10 am. It's ok if he has not come but do not update me even the reason of delay and no person was accepting call even at 24-7 customer support or lab was no picking call or even persn whose booking allocated not picking up call or even no msg received for status of booking or even automated support or website does not have tracking of booking. So they have only sales staff who immediately call u but once you book- completely mess there and no customer support after sales service is there. So don't book here as there is highly chance that after paying u did not receive report or you have some concern then whom you will ask? They do not have dedicated support that you can ask.. Startup cant run with only sales staff. They must have answer support for after sales too. So better paying little extra but go with local nearby lab.funny thing is that their sales person told me that to get health checkup at every six month from healthian. Hahahah.. Also I don't think they will provide doctor advise too. Also their sales person always told that you can call back us anytime On same num but their num are not like we can call back. So this is scam 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will like to give a negative review if I could. I requested for sample pick up by 12 may 21, no one came so, rescheduled on 13 may 21 at 7 am. I took follow up with healthians team since 8 in morning on 13th may, every time they mentioned that a person may come within 15 min. after many arguments they gave me a number of sample collector I called him and just came to know that he is in different area and may take minimum 50 mn to reach. I called after 20 mn again still he was at same place. Kindly avoid their services as many tests requires fasting for 10 to 12 hours if a person comes late then it affects to your test report.
So, never go for Healthians.. Pathetic service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a fan of healthians since 2018. I am just happy that they exist. With Healthians, everytime I had a pleasing experience from booking till delivery of reports. Their customer service is superfast. They continously take feedback for service improvement. Healthians has a lab at Sabarmati which caters to the tests for patients in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First Experience was very bad as nobody came to collect the sample but this time it is right on time. Today they collected the samples of my wife and daughter and the staff who came to collect are very courteous and very well behaved. Now will wait for the report as they said it will take 48 hrs. than i will write full review. i received both the report about 21.25 hrs actually it was updated on healthians website so far till 27.07.2021 not recd.any notification of report but it was great to have report well in advance than promised

Real time value for money and seems reports are also accurate. Thorough professional approach. Sample collection timings, the way entire experience experienced, I am very happy. They provide free doctor consultation too.
