I will recommend to not visit this lab for any test as there is no telephonic support, unprofessional and unethical staff. Being in medical field they should understand the criticality of patients related to test reports and understand their responsibility towards society. Firstly they don’t provide test results over mobile or over email even they don’t even pick the call so the last option which will remain is visiting personally. And keep visiting till your reports will be ready.
#ONGC should consider some guidelines before registering such unprofessional labs in the panel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly irresponsible organisation. I had given swabs and blood sample for covid testing which generally takes 8 hours. I tried contacting them continuously after 24 hours but all their phone lines were busy. Even the number on what's app also sees the messages but does not reply back. Should never ever go to thos lab in case of emergency. Since they obviously don't understand the meaning of "medical emergency". Would have given negative stars if that was possible.

The staff available on call are not giving the proper answer to anyone.
They have to become patient oriented and human centric rather than business centric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience today on 13th dec 2021. My senior citizen mom went for routine blood collection and test, the staff took 6 punctures for one edta vacute and did sever hematoma on her right hand. see the pic below. So i wilm fe a complain against green cross for recruiting such unqualified staff. Please never go at green cross labs for any reports as it may be that the reports are too not real. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND STAFF
