★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falls commitment. Asked to have reports at 12 noon as I was having appointment at 12:30 with Dr. To get money they said yes and now I'm with Dr without reports.
Dr will give me next appointment day after tomorrow so waste of time, money and health.
Totally unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, especially over the phone. Do teen Baar call Kiya to ask them to mail the report, they had entered the wrong email id aur response milta hai, "arre yaar Kar toh diya". Their work is fine but attitude bilkul bekaar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly pathetic and Money minded laboratory staff and it's management. We had done our RTPCR test in August worth 3000 and they were immediately ready to pick up samples from our home. Now days their Sabarmati branch staff Mr.Rahul rudely replies to customers that the costs have gone down so thay have stopped collection for RTPCR samples. They were extremely rude and uncooperative over the phone. I hope this will reach to the green cross lab's management and thry will improve. Otherwise there are many private labs are available in market. We were only going by the image of Green cross but we need to think in future.
No wonder rating is too low for a laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no one receivea a call, nd even for rtpcr 1st they said 1100 rs. will be charged and u will get report in 2 days, nd when i went there they now saying u have to book appointment nd person will comme to do ur rtpcr test at your home after 3 days, is tgis some kind of a joke, how can a person ill will wait for test for 3 days? such a pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They r not responding when we want the service on an extremely urgent basis. These days all r facing crisis but only way out is u say the truth and do your work from your side. If u really can’t reach the customer on that time ur promising them, then y r u even promising. U can straight away say that it is not possible till this particular date. We know what’s going on these days. But false promises r very tiring n irritating and also irrelevant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Ramedhbhai, the manager called me and assured me that he will look into the matter. He also arranged for the tests of my father.
So I have revised my view and rating.
No body is answering the call since Yesterday. Tried all the numbers mentioned. I am tired and irritated. It is extremely annoying. I have made more than 20 calls. Pathetic. If they are overburdened or busy they can pick up the call and politely convey their inability to help but this apathetic and irresponsible behaviour in this Covid crisis?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They are not at all concerned about patients or their conditions they don't understand the urgency of reports. Pathetic experience with Medico complex visat branch Ahmedabad even his Manager was so rude and not interested to help. Will never use their service again ever. They don't provide report till 72 hours! and patient became serious literally had to go there and sat but they are not at all concerned. We are paying charges and not getting it free that they behave so inhumane. Director was not wearing a mask and was not at all interested to listen my query he literally said do whatever you can!!
Due to this pathetic experience will never visit that lab ever ???
