Very professional and efficient staff on the phone and at reception, all of whom spoke very clearly, audibly, and kindly to me (which I very much appreciated, as I was hard of hearing at the time). The audiologist was fantastic, a safe pair of hands, clearly an expert in her field and very personable. I left the site with the best hearing I've had in years and much more educated. โ โ โ โ โ My entire experience with this clinic has been excellent. They are very professional and patient / customer service focused. The initial audiology testing process was very comprehensive. Dr Jyoti took time to fully explain the test results and to discuss hearing aid options. Likewise at a subsequent visit to get the hearing aids and at a follow-up visit. She took the time needed to fully explain things, answer all my questions, and ensure the best fit. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend Hearing Solutions to anyone suffering from hearing loss.
