★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benud Behari Dutt Legacy is a rather small and narrow showroom in the Sector 1 jewellery stores' line but it certainly is one of the best place to get good service and decent advise. Unlike the other showrooms in this area, people at this place don't seem to be in a rush to get business from you and are polite enough to give their time to understand your needs and recommend the right fit for you. I have seen instances where if they didn't have exactly what I needed, they would say so and I would be out of the shop instead of trying to shove me with whatever closest thing they think they have to meet my requirement. It gives a feeling of genuine customer service.

Compared to the jewellery stores in the neighbourhood, Benud Behari Dutt Legacy Salt lake stood out on following grounds:
1. Staff behaviour is extremely courteous, welcoming and warm.
2. They are patient and not in a rush to send you off. Nor do they force you or try hard to convince you to make a purchase against your preference. They give you the space and time to make the choice that suits you best and respect your call if you decide against making a purchase.
3. The lady, who owns the store, is friendly and helpful. After interacting with her, I figured out that she possesses a lot of knowledge about the items that they are selling and she will also give you quite accurate and satisfactory suggestions.
I would suggest that you give this store a try. If not for anything then out of the sheer diligence and competence of the team.
