Should avoid buying anything from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are sorry to provide worst service from SENCO SALTLAKE CITY CENTRE. My order is being delayed and the persons who handled Mr Tanmay and Mr Subhankar are not efficient to deal with customers.
Besides the valuable purchased dated 1/11/21. Senco is very irresponsible to deal with customer satisfaction. Still fighting to get the ordered product.
Please improve your service to ensure growth.

They counter staff are worse they even refuse to answer questions politely !!! Hope they shut the store to save the brand from disrepute... Never going back again !!! Shame on you senco gold and diamonds !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the point of opening such a big store in salt lake when your staff are impolite and downright rude to customers. My family and I were out looking to purchase diamond jewelleries last weekend and our first stop was senco. When asked to show us collections in the diamond section, the lady just pointed out the display and said that's all we have! That was about 10 or 12 pendant sets, and may i point out most of them mismatched. When insisted on seeing more collections, she was impatient and uncooperative and refused to show anything else. If I'm looking to buy something worth a lakh, I'll wish to look at 5 or more viable options at the least!
Needless to say, we walked out and went to tanishq in CC1 where we were treated right and given beautiful options to choose from. I made my purchase and because of their service spent a extra amount on an additional chain.
I look forward to seeing senco shutting shop due to their poor customer service.
Ps: my bridal necklace set and noa was from senco.

When I asked her to show pendant, she asked me wats ur budget I told 15k she told we have only 1 pendant in 15k , ans didn't show me

They talk with the customer and understand their requirements and tastes. Then they will show you exactly what you expect and the overall experience was terrific.
