★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, cannot deal with customers dosent know about the market. I went today to buy a ring as my friend referred. The failed miserably in showing what the customers like, no corporate discounts. Regret visiting there finally i bought it from PC Chandra Jewellers i got corporate discounts and a good percent off on making.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good collection of jewellery. All the designs are unique and good. They update their collection in every week. The behavior of staffs are very good. The making charges are always high. Average making charge is 20%. But they have many scheme for which you will get 0% making charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have taken a ring from Kalyan 4 years back and they failed to recognise asked to show papers, I was not carrying paper at that time and they unable to track their records from Mobile.
While in Tanishq never had this kind of experience, they don't asked for paper just taken the mobile number and fetched their data was so smoothly and exchanged jwellery with due respect.
Visiting Kalyan is totally waist of time and their sales person Ms. Dipika Banerjee was so unprofessional that she make our family feel like she was doing some favor to us by recognising their jwellery and showing their showroom jwelleries.
Would never recommend to anyone......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very good for all types of jewelleries, making charges are bit high for some the products ....but you can try buying on offer days ... generally they offer 25% flat discount on making charges,one should look for year ending offers & akshaya tritiya offers.
Kalyan at Park Street have better collections than Kalyan at Salt Lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start with the Security guard at the gate was very rude. He was behaving as if he was the Manager. Next came the lady at the counter. She was least interested to show us the product/ gift item we were planning to buy. This could be because we were looking at an item which wasn’t in lakhs. After that she started complaining about the online store of Kalyan Jewellers. We walked out with an oath that we would never go back to this store. Please be careful of behaviour of store reps
