In short they must change their name from Heena tours and travels to Heena tiffin services.. as they believe in asking reviews and giving their best only in the food that they provide and not on the entire tour as such.. Every thing else was pathetic. From the taxi pickup to the touring around.. showing places.. your guide was a big fat liar.. from the delayed pickups to hotel accomodation arrangements. To sight seeings.. he's got a lie ready.. even before anything I wonder how can he manufacture a lie and out the blame on the third party?? Guys understand.. if I had to listen to the issues of taxi wala or of hotel I would have booked all by myself and not through Heena.. I'm paying you so that I don't have to worry about the taxi and hotel etc... looks like you guys. seriously would suggest any other travel.. these guys are pathetic and liars.. BTW my tour manager was Manoj..

If their is any snow fall and if we won't get permission they will not take u their like changu lake the day will get wasted and money too. And they won't write in agreement anywhere if it happens... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first trip with Heena tours to Rajasthan we visited to Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Jaipur.
It was well organized and the tour operator (Ramubhai & Surajbhai) were very helpful and attentive. They are superb with their work and be rest assured, they manage it brilliantly.
Best part about Heena tours was their food. Awesome food and hospitality by their staff.
I will surely go with them again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No response from the heena travels team, been trying to reach them out multiple tyms, but no one responses, no office, and the wts app number provided, they have no sense of responsibility, they may or may not reply as per their convience, it seems like it's for a name sake they are having a travels where no one is even intrested to provide details or even take booking, worst form of professionalism
