★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't expect such a cold hospitality from a Helios store. I went yesterday to buy a watch around the budget of Rs. 15,000. I really liked the ones in the Diesel section and asked whether they have any offer on them as there was a sale going on in the store. The sales executive was very reluctant about showing the watches . The most insulting thing I've experienced from the sales representative was, when I requested him whether I could try out two of the watches , he asked another sales representative in front of me quoting- "Are the trials going to be allowed from this lockdown, as we were not allowing during the last lockdown". He did allow me to try the watches after, I also would have understood if the trials were not allowed, but he could have been a bit polite about it. After that he got busy with something else without even asking us to excuse him for a bit and no other representative attended us either. All I want to know that from the Helios team that, is having a budget of Rs. 15k is too less for you guys that you wouldn't even pay any attention ? I would have bought the watch yesterday only, but just because of the reluctant behaviour I walked out. I was there for around 5-7 minutes only but never had such a pathetic experience from a reputed showroom like this. Not coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but you definitely need to give proper training to your staff. I went there to buy a watch for gifting purpose. The salesperson who was assisting us was not even in a mood to show us the watches properly. Honestly, it was very very unexpected from a brand like Helios. The overall experience was DISAPPOINTING!! Ended up buying the watch from a different store.

They do keep some luxury brands too like Tissot, Frederique Constant, Movado, Balmain etc. I purchased a Frederique Constant Slim series which was available at a good brand discount. The store salesman was well informed and explained the benefits of each and every watch carefully and patiently. Plus it's a Tata owned chain, so you can rest assured of quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this is the 5th of many watch from this store! First let me talk about the staff, they are very well behaved, has knowledge about the product and provides great assistance. Now let me talk about the collection... I think this please has a huge collection and multiple brands under one roof, starting from affordable to high range... For which Tata has the franchise.... Just walk in and see it for yourself....
