★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Tissot watch a few years ago. Today I went to an authorised service centre in Bangalore (Swatch group service centre, Brigade Road). In the service centre, they told me that the watch is not genuine. I was shocked after hearing that. After this, I went to Times in Jayanagar. They also told me the same thing. We paid 32k for that watch.
Please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The don't have the standards that the brand promises. Swatch gives a free battery change but I was charged here. They weren't able to fix my Swatch either so I was forced to send it to the service centre in Delhi. This place is just out to rob u blind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most supporting after sales service. I got a gift watch frm this shop but the person gifting did not give the Invoice. After a few days I faced some issues with the watch so i connected with Rams to issue a duplicate invoice as per the Warranty Card that i had. And Mr Ravi fully cooperate and helped me out. Excellent Support will surely recommend to others too.
