★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. I have been following up with Mr Nitin Karande foreign test drive of Tata nexon ev for the past 4 days but he has not given any response. If this is the service we are getting at the beginning then one can imagine how they'll treat us once we book the car with them. It's better to stay away from such useless tata motors dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience. I had approached for EV vehicle. Mr.Milind who guided us do not have complete knowledge of EV vehicle. Secondly we had to cancel the booking due to some reason. On asking for refund I had to continuously make several follow ups with this guy. Also my calls were unattended and the way of speaking was absolutely rude. Do not appreciate this type of behaviour with customers. Also money was refunded only when I told him I will be taking legal action against you. I will never recommend to purchase vehicle from Heritage motors. Very very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my car in October 2021. Haritage motors received the vehicle on 20th Dec 2021 but due no cordination between departments and extremely bad sales executive was able to get delivery on 11 Jan 2022.
Now dealer not updating sales date with Tata and after 7 days of delivery stated getting calls for first service.
further as we have not taken extra accessories and extended warranty, Haritage motors sales manager is refusing to refund the excess amount paid and threatening to cancel the corporate discount of Rs. 5000 by their sales person and deduct the same from excess amount.
Very poor sales and service.

The sales people Esp Mr Teju Bhandari, never feels obligated to revert to emails / phones / msgs … it’s been more than 2 months, the extra payment made during booking is also not given back! For which me and my entire hospital staff is doing followup regularly!
Even during delivery they all created mess, and car delivery was not a pleasant experience!
Not a professional organization!
Tata Cars are good but this dealership is bad…
Don’t buy from this dealer…
Also putting official complains about them to Tata Motors directly!
Promises made are not fulfilled and they don’t value customer!!!
