They will call you three times a day when pushing for a sale, (and no joke, MG Hector is a great car) but if your car is at their service center for any reason, you can expect abysmal delays, and zero response, zero information about the reasons for those. They will not even receive your calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with friendly people. From the entry point to your exit, you are well attended to. I have been visiting since March 2020 and not once have I heard a customer raising his voice which speaks in itself for the product and the service staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better service centres I’ve visited, but I was let down by how they cleaned my car. The white seats had prints all over and the piano black surface on the cupholders had scratches. I’ll ask for them to clean it when I’m around, next time.
