★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better authorized Hyundai service center compared to others around Mumbai.. It's usually crowded considering Hyundai is second largest automobile brand in India.. Appointments are recommended.. Visited here for the first time and got attended by service advisor Mr. Kalpesh Todkar.. He was prompt and knew what he was doing.. Unlike other service centers they didn't continously force you to buy some service plans, that was the best part.. Service speed could be improved, overall nice experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was given for washing and wax polish under the free coupons that was received with insurance policy.
The advisor inforned that the car will be washed from outside and vaccumed from inside.
When I went to pickup the car was not washed properly nir.it was vacuumed properly when asked to the advisor he answered this is only way car can be washed which was ridiculous.I would rather prefer outside washing centers than Hyundai.
The way car was washed, I cannot guarantee if the wax polishing was done or not.
Hence overall the service was worst.
I'm not sure if they provide the same way of services for paid customers or is it because f ree coupons??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Authorised Hyundai Service Center for Four wheeler at Pokran Road II , near Majiwada Thane West , Maharastra with good amount of space.
This is major service centre with lots of cars coming for service , Please Book your service slots in advance to avoid disappointment. Many cars are coming for service at this service center due to Shreenath Service Center being closed.
Please book the service only when you are sure that you won't need the vehicle for that day since most likely servicing will take entire day.
It's good that Customers get the reminder call from the service center day before the booked appointment date.
Try to get your vehicle serviced on week days since on weekends lots of vehicles come for servicing.
At the Hyundai Service Center entrance petrol marking and kms are noted. It's a will processed system. I really like the transparency, There is also insurance claim section with separate body painting workshop.
My Experience :
My car was due for free service and I had changed the appointment date couple of times due to last moments change of plans which was well adjusted by Hyundai team, Thanks for the support.. My vehicle was delivered in time and total amount was around the estimated amount and Advisor explained the cost break up and answered my queries with a ?. Also there was WOW factor when I first saw my vehicle safety the service.
I really appreciate the service recieved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was good, very happy with the servicing but they have failed to repair my music system console in All New i20 Sportz model, which is continuously getting disconnected and giving a lot of issues. After repeated raising the issues they have failed to repair the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only communication and processes are good but service is not good. See the photos how they wash carelessly. This is something visible so I don't have confidence how they have serviced the inside of the car like fuel injector cleaning, all tyres cleaning etc.
