Vehicle was delivered post test ride and explanation of repairs.

All their mechanics are well trained and certified. Their bike repair shop is well equipped with required technology for excellent services. Full servicing and all spare parts for major motorbikes and scooter are available at a reasonable price
They also sale multiple brands under one roof.
I satisfied with their services and I recommend it to others to take benefits from them.

I returned them the spare part ,but they have not returned back my money.
Everytime when i ask to return my money ,they say their manager is not there and ask to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service, I literally traveller one hour and reached Hero ev showroom. But when I saw gate it was locked from inside. With me two people where there to see hero ev. One person from inside came and said it's 1.15pm, all staffs have gone for lunch break so we won't all you inside. Come after 2pm, looking at his words I was shocked. How the hell they say to customers like this. Zero service zero customer care responsibility and horrible attitude. In a hot sun we can stand for long. The argument was thr for long but no use. Don't ever buy hero ev and I don't recommend hero ev this showroom.

Very co operative and solve all my doubt's in my mind
Dealer ship in inside road form satara road
Most of time peoples not get the showroom
But all good
Bikes also good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apurv motor is the most professionally managed dealer ans service center. Staff and management both are committed to their responsibilities. We have a fleet of 50 hero scooters and have been associated with Apurv motors for more than a year and all are scooters are maintained by them.
They deserve 5 stars for the job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience, Booked Bike on 7th Jan 22, They Promised me to deliver it in 90 days on 7th April. when i asked about delivery They told now we are giving bikes to the customers who booked in October 21 You have to wait for 2 to 3 months more. When I asked about refund they told me that will cut 500 rs for cancelling the Booking. They are charging me 500 Rupee for not delivering bike on time? I will recommend everyone not to trust Anyone who are working here.

Within 3 months from purchase my vehicle's been stopped working (all of the sudden) apparently for no good reason for 4 times.
Showroom doesn't give proper explanation for these kind of troubles
Just the other day my father had to go through all the way for 2-3 km pushing around this vehicle because it stopped working (Again, all of the sudden)
As there was no way of getting vehicle to the showroom we asked for the mechanic for home service,and the management REFUSED to sent him
Worst experience, i regret recommending this place to my friends n family
