As I was quietly interested in buying a Bajaj bike this Diwali 2020, Accordingly i had made a plan with my financial budget. So happily and quite seriously I visited one of your Bajaj showrooms (Balaji Nagar, Pune-Satara Road) a couple of weeks back. And ask about the procedure and bike information to your bajaj employee.
Hence I asked for a test drive to which I selected a model NS, he said that model is sold out already and no one available except this one. I said how I took the test. He replied that we didn't allow customers without providing their license to us.
As per my good thought I feel that this is the rules and policy from bajaj. In the next moments I saw a guy take a test drive on the same bike which I was asked. Even he did not submit his license to your bajaj employee.
I felt totally irrespective and directly I asked your bajaj employee, are you thinking that i am a thief or something else? He argued with me and didn't respond to me nor he looked back at me. I returned to my home.
Whe I came back to home, my all close friends are knows that I have visited to Bajaj showroom.
And naturally I shared the things happen.
They started laughing with this words " Bajaj ne to Teri izzat nikal di"
Now you suggest me what to do?
We were interested in Bajaj's bike because it is an Indian brand. But Krishna Rama Bajaj did not know how to respond to an Indian.
It's completely insulted part.
Next couple of days I felt very guilty and irrespective of what was done by your KRISHNA RAMA BAJAJ employee.
I hope you will take necessary action on it. Because of this I used my savings for other things. And feel so sad, that my dream will not come to true.

I filed complaint against u r showroom in consumer Court . This is not acceptable thing's.

She Has communicated with details about the vehicle I purchased along with the accessories which they promised while purchasing the vehicle. She deserves kudos not only for what I purchased.. However the skills she has to deal with the end customer.. Hatts off for her patience as she is being calm , pleasant and cool which offcourse is valuable for the service center.. Cheers :) :)

I have enjoyed my bike purchase experience with KRB. They have gone above and beyond to make this experience a special one. I will really recommend you to buy a bike from KRB if you are planning to buy one.

They try to sold me scratch dominar 400 bs6 and it was not a fresh so I cancelled my booking also and i booked through wakdewadi showroom. Loan plan for 3 year 750 rps difference from other showroom
