gave my pep plus four times for the same problem!
The problem still remains after 6-7 time sudden stopping on road, 15 days of repeared visits, 8000 Rs and hundreds of unanswered calls!
No one is bothered for you, your money and time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. I bought a brand new scooter. The mud guard was not fit properly, the mat was mis-alinged. The mirrors reflect the driver. The employees think they are doing a super favour by calling up customers. They don't even repeat the call if the phone number is engaged. I had to call them multiple times - during delivery as well as when I first sent my scooter for servicing.
Interestingly the owner's wife was in the office and yet did not say or do anything.
I asked around and looks like everyone has the same feedback about their customer service. I am not going to go back there. Nor would I refer anyone else.
Also looks like the other reviews on google or sulekha are fraud ones done by the owner himself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is not good at mid level management. If you enquire them to help you in the same matter they wont look into that matter easily you have to ask different people and then someone will help you. Always call before you visiting the service center as your vehicle may not be serviced on the time given.
Mechanic at this center knows there job, servicing is good if you inform your problems promptly.

This time it was it..
I had been charged unfair and for unwanted things have been added to the bill.. I am amused how dare they are to even make the changes in the bill and reprint it on the same page???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miserable experience, they don't even deserve a single star.
I left my Apache rtr for service and engine work.
Took them 10 days to do the work. When I checked my vehicle, there was some unhealthy noise coming from the engine, which was not there before I left the vehicle for service.
Asked them to fix it, they kept the vehicle for another week, and did nothing. They rode the vehicle for 90kms in these days, and used all the petrol in the tank.
They charged me heavily for their incomplete, pathetic work.
During servicing, they broke the button control panel on right side, and charged extra for that!!
Despite calling multiple times, there was no one picking the call, hence I had to visit their shop in person to check the progress.
Guys who worked on my vehicle were not available on time, they kept me waiting for 15 mins everytime I visited.
They are not at all trustworthy. They call themselves authorised service centre for TVS but they don't have that expertise.
I highly discourage everyone not to buy or service your vehicle from this shop.
