If your looking for better, no best, no good, no just so called service then only go here and keep your pocket always open with lots of money because they made this service as money mint.
Really Amre want to survive here then they should hire skilled service engineers and remove the Patil from here. This guy don't know how to operate there service portal but very well know how to make money out of it.
This is not first time for me.
Once I took AMC from them and visited for service under AMC but they charged me for service. I asked them (Patil) I have AMC then why you added service charges. He said AMC for company not for Amre. I asked him what is the use of AMC? He is that is your choice that is why you purchased AMC. What should I do?. This is answer I got. Very recently one my friend purchase Hero Glamour and visited the service center for his first service.
They took the bike and complete electronic system got failed. When asked this Patil he said we don't have service engineers for this model. Then after he kept 4 days and after that he returned as it is. When we shouted on him he took back and kept with him for another 4 days after multiple complaints to Hero he returned the bike. Now that bike on sale after running Just 500 km .
Now how can we trust this Amre Motors? This is not first time. May be not last time. Everyday we find someone shouting with frustration due to over charges, misbehaviour and bad service.
