★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service... Staff is not well trained. It looks like all their staff is new and under training. I tried 2 times and availed service through 2. Separate staff but no one is good at all.
Very very disappointed. I just wasted my money.
Even after asking the receptionist that I am trying first time their service so please assign a good hair stylist. But after that they assigned me a trainee who doesn't even know how to handle hair dryer.
Please don't try here. Infact go to a well deserved salon.

Also, the amount of time they spend on you shows the dedication to their art even if it’s not much of a job and just a routine haircut. They regularly train with best professionals available and hone their skills. The level of acumen they exhibit is worth mentioning! Cheers! Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really happy with the service. I had a beautiful haircut. The most impressive thing was taking care of my every little specifications. The atmosphere was really warm and happening. Staff is really good. Overall I enjoyed being there.

I liked their hair spa but treatment to my hair is awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my friends availed their offer for gel polish, they use very low quality gel polish which gets chipped off the next day itself. We all faced the same problem and complained them to use a better gel polish for the same.
On mentioning this, the salon team asked us to get it from somewhere else as they already have a lot of customers for the services so weren’t able to accept the fact that their service is pathetic, quite disappointing. They don’t know how to take feedbacks and criticism from customers and improve it. Won’t recommend this salon ever!
