Me and My daughter went there after seeing their post of smoothening in 2000/- but They manipul—Ahem suggested us Kera-bounding with Keratin promising us that the results will be same as Smoothening but with less damage and lemme tell you after two weeks I felt instant regret!!! When I first had my Smoothening two years ago, The hair would be straight even If I wear them in high pony or tight bun but in This Kera-bounding, My hairclips would leave their marks behind after a long day which wasn't a case two years ago. The hair damage is same and LEMME TELL YOU The hair gets more greasy!!!! I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE!!! THEY PROMISED US SOMETHING AND WE RECEIVED ANOTHER.

I regret it so much.. senior stylist cut my hair still it was so bad.. the guy (their most senior hair stylist ) was constantly talking on phone while cutting hair and didn’t pay much attention to haircut..visit this place only if you don’t love and value your hair and money..I don’t feel like giving even 1 start
