★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long overdue review for the stylist Mr. Kaushik at Reflexions Salon. This past month, I was visiting my family in Surat from California. I decided to get the Keratin treatment done at the Salon and made an appointment with Mr. Kaushik at the Parle Point location. After meeting the stylist, all my doubts and worry vanished instantly as he put me at ease. His simple, humble, and friendly nature was very striking. First of all, he asked me what I wanted to get done and what was my end goal. I told him that I would like to get the keratin treatment without losing the remaining bounce in my already compromised hair. Right from the beginning he tried to set my expectations straight. He explained everything very clearly and also gave me a rough estimate of the cost of the treatment. We decided to go ahead with the service so he got to work. He worked tirelessly for several hours to complete my first step of the treatment. While working on my hair, he simultaneously gave me tips on how to care for my hair afterwards. He recommended a few products that I need to continue using in the future for better care and maintenance of my hair. I was asked to return after 2 days for a "wash" as the second and the final step of the treatment. Even during that time he was excellent with the treatment and the end result was spectacular. I had told him that I would return for a hair cut and color before I return to the US. But due to lack of time and my jam packed schedule, I couldn't go back. But rest assured @Kaushikbhai, I will return to Reflexions whenever I am back in Surat and right away make an appointment with you! :) I highly recommend Kaushikbhai for all your hair needs! You and your hair are in the BEST HANDS! :)
