★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop people are cheaters. Just to replace one valve of gas cylinder they charged Rs 250 which should not be of more than Rs 5. Initially they told charges will be Rs 100 and then increased it to 250 after Job was done. Forget about cost, but can’t trust these cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the name says steel centre, they have both steel and plastic collections for the household needs. Price is on the higher side for the same product as compared to the market rate or outside Hiranandani rate. Customer handling could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get pan lid knob fixed which they did in almost double the price. And when i reached back home found that knob broken in two pieces. Seems they had given me old plastic piece. When i complained the same to them , the shopkeeper was dismissive and rude and said nothing can happen I should have seen it earlier. Like in few minutes things are broken and they would not take responsibility. Vary bad customer service and unnecessary expensive. Don't go to them .
