Nice environment and beautiful architecture of buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We shifted to Hiranandani Estate Thane expecting decent living with basic amenities. Extremely disappointed with the water issues faced which seems to be worsening instead of improving. We are dependent on Tanker water which was and is never heard of in Mumbai. Inspite of having a good monsoon in 2021 tankers have become a norm since December. New buildings are coming up filling every nook and corner, governing bodies change but no one seems to be working on providing this basic requirement "WATER"..... High quality living with low quality drinking water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a township itself, as per Hiranandani standards even Hiranandani Estate is a beautifully planned and crafted township having a balanced mixture of commercial offices, retail shops and residential complexes. Luxurious palatial flats and even small 1 bedroom flats configuration is available in the township.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best condominium-styled township built in Mumbai with all facilities from school, hospital, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, Clubhouse (for residents of Hiranandani Estate) which has its own gym, squash court, 2 swimming pools, restaurant, banquet hall, spa and 2 lawn tennis court with other recreational facilities.
This township also has its own unique highstreet shopping center - The Walk which has both domestic and international brands with famous food chains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to visit from Dallas, Texas, US in search of buying a 2/3 bhk flat in Thane Estates. The sales manager looked disinterested in showing any flats and just mentioned I have two flats available. However, next day I got a call from someone else saying there are a few more flats available from the marketing team. I wanted to go direct without any layers but it seems like there was no interest in selling those flats when he said these will anyway go if you don’t like/buy it.
If there are flats available I would still like to go for them but please connect with the appropriate person who likes doing his Job and is not getting paid because of the esteemed reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIRANANDANI ESTATE:A good place to live - the moment you entered you would be FREE from city's polluted/unpleasantly populated area and you feel your own home with limited surrounding people. For purchases you need not travel long distances; everything available at walkable distance. Sufficient greenery; wide internal roads. Thin traffic and No problem of road crossings by pedestrians. Clear footpaths with no illegal occupancy by the road-side vendors. Overall a good governance.
BARCA building: Well planned construction, quality management and maintenance.
