Puraniks, a name which assures you trust. Probably it took decades for you to build this trust but for us it has shattered in one trip to your upcoming Digital City, Neral.
We enquired a week before, got a call from the sales team, asked to visit this Sunday, informed them had exiting plans can't come still the team called multiple times n said there is event happening. Hence postponed personal commitments and informed Puraniks about visiting only on the condition that will be back by 6pm as my family is fasting and We'll be given confirmed pick n drop.
Reconfirmed with the team. We were offered a pick and drop. Initially the cab drivers refused to come to Neral but one agreed provided he is assured the return trip. We reached. The can driver waited for us. It took two hours to check out everything, we shortlisted the flat and promised to come next Sunday to pay the token amount.
Now the trouble starts. When planned to leave, like after boarding the cab the cab driver said booking hasn't been done yet. I had a call with Naresh. And started our journey. All if a sudden back and forth started Naresh, Harshad, Shailendra, Sohail,etc etc started giving options like debord the car, take local, or go to Badlapur or Panvel and take the cab from there. And this was happening despite their knowledge that I am accompanied with my 4 months old daughter, 65 years old mother and husband who is fasting.
This scene went till 5pm, I was told to get down at panvel from the existing cab and other cab will pick me up from there. But the existing driver was not paid hence he wasn't allowing me to leave the cab, all other drivers whose cab were supposed to take me to Andheri were cancel the trip. This continued till 5.30, time was running n no communication was there from Puraniks, I was left only with one option to take the existing cab. Finally reached at 8.00, but the cab wasn't paid and none of the sales team PPL were responding, few said I am on night shift the day shift staff has gone back.
Such child like stories! Like seriously? Onsite sales team work in night shift too? Or I am in LA.
Jokes apart, the team whi was calling me several times in the morning hasn't made a single call to check how did managed to reach, who paid the cab.
JUST A REALITY CHECK for peeps going to the so called DIGITAL CITY
Now my question, is this the way to run a business? No empthy, no humanity, no values?

β β β β β I was searching for ZERO star.. DO NOT.. DO NOT buy any flat from Puranik. you will lose your sleep. i booked a flat in their Tokyo bay and in Dec 2016. The flat has not been handed over yet. my experience with Puranik is pathetic. So, please refrain from dealing with this builder.

They provide a very comprehensive selection of homes that are built to perfection. They have a very vast selection of luxurious home designs to choose from, in different styles and price ranges. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a state of the art home.

β β β β β It is my honest and experienced review. I had booked flat (City reserva GB Road)here with some amount and asking for cost sheet after booking with sales team as they facing some technical issues. Actually that was not technical , making fool to customers. After 2 days, Admin team of Puranik's sent me cost sheet with different amount ( 5 Lakh Difference). I had contacted sales team, they said you will get the same costing which was at the time of booking day.
This was not happened and Harsha and sales team not picking up my call.
After so many calls, i visited site office and come to know that they did fraud with me for giving 2 different price quote for same flat. All the people from sales team including Cluster head are sitting for making fool to customers. I had to cancelled my flat due to this unprofessional behavior and false commitment at first meeting and they could not give the same price at booking amount price. Don't trust this fraud people. They are sitting only for salary and incentives. Don't book flat here with sales people commitments. Even i raised complaint to Puranik's official id, not received any single call or response. It clearly means that, all Puranik's staff are aware about this issue. DONT GO BY BUILDER NAME!!!!!!!! Request to kindly see the actual site progress and background of that project & RERA.

β β β β β Waiting for Puraniks aarambh possession since last 3 years. Corona etc. are just excuses to halt work. Construction quality is also not as expected at all.
Do Not fall for the fake promises. Do Not trust them.

β β β β β Dear All flat buyers,
If you wish to buy a flat, i will strongly not recommend this builder "Puraniks", they are just an entity wearing good face mask from outside , but when it comes to give you your dream home, they will ruin it in multiple ways- (if you want to genuinely buy a goof flat, please read and believe my suggesstion, or else you will regret later)
1) Me and my fiancee booked a flat in puraniks in 2018 and was promised possession in 2019 dec, but it got delayed by few months and then corona era came.
2) After booking we got married in 2019, we have a small kid of 8 months now, the coronoa era is over, still we are not getting possession.
3) If you buy a flat in puraniks you are only allowed to talk to a CRM, who is a 15-20K salarier employee, who keeps saying false commitments.
4) After rigourous followups, after 4 years of booking(at the time of booking 50% was ready), after several visits by many owners of same projects, they finally gave us a date of possession, but when we ask them to let us see our flat, they completely denied and are not letting us in our own flat where we have paid more than 90% of payment.
5) The flat shown at the time of purchase is comppletely different from what we got now, the workmanship is so poor, that the tiles has gaps in between, the lobby area is worst, the staircase tiles looks like a BMC building in some village.
6) I am attaching an image of what was shown and what is getting delivered.
I would strongly recommend to not go by this builders name, after 4 years of booking and after paying over 90% of fees, they are not allowing me to see my flat, installing all cheap quality material, no senior to do complain, 9-10 times their possession commitment has failed.
And the above feedback is from heart by a genuine buyer, who has invested so much and is now in the burden of EMI, and at the end gets this low quality work after waiting 4 extra years...
