★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new constructed building with good amenities like solar heater elevators and service lifts, security gaurd etc. The building is pet friendly and has a garden with lot of parking space. Elevation parking system is available for the people residing here. Quite and peaceful environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full Star for building well maintained peaceful and active society however when we talked about building flats it has 10 flats each floor well distributed and at last coming to main subject intrest flats there you will face a disappointment
1. Flat size is not consistent , various configurations flats are configured each floor.
2. Builder has changed the kitchen plan what it was mentioned in blueprint (might be few exceptions)
3. When you actually starts living you will realise kitchen has no respect in terms of space.
3. No dedicated point given for washing machine so big struggle for inlet and outlet for washing machine.
4. There is no main tap control of your house atleast for kitchen they have given main control in passage.
5. its depends on which flats you choose but proper 1bhk and above flat (specific to joy square perspective) seems atleast okay okay.
Manageable only for 3 family members.
6. Bedroom they have given tiny standable balcony almost its it for no use however main hall balcony is still managble.
7. One good part about builders i guess all flats are vastu complaint.
8. There are few open bar located somewhere in radius due to which on weekends you will hear lot of music noise or karioka song till late night starting from 8pm (Friday, sat & sun). However apart from these hours there is peace.
9. One good part it is reachable to market location.
10. Over all its is good place to live if we fix basic man-made errors .
