Gym has broken Instruments. Repeated request are of no use . Faulty instruments were installed and low price non functional equipment
Water leakage in many flats , mosquitos and rats a menace due to a large drainage gutter along the perimeter of the compound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very problematic with the veggies and bikaner sweet shop right atthe gate. They do the food business and hence people are over here all the time. Noisy in the day and night. It is on the main road. Hence, whenever the trailer passes by, echoing noise is produced due to the cracks on road.
Not a place where 'home' should be. Not peaceful.
Quality of homes is deteriorating. Seepage in walls during every monsoon.
The exit and entry gates are at times clogged due to hospitals running in the complex. Residential places should not be along with commercial complexes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex is a good building complex. It is situated beside the main road. The builder profile is also great and has some very good complexes built by them. There is ambient spacing between flats. The flats have good fittings and has good planned rooms. The lifts are also good. The building has piped gas, 24 hr security, backup power, club house and has good amenities.
