★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got an call from sakina from raunak bonus city and she told that the raunak bonus city will give you an flat all inclusive at 49.99 lakhs and arranged for an free pick up and drop service from Ambernath to Thane for an site visit and for booking was arranged for pick up when reached there I haven't meet sahrukh and sneha when go through the project details there was no flats at 49.99 lakhs they said me all are sold out then they showed me flats all inclusive price was 56.99 lakh and when inquiring more about the project got to know that it was an condominium complex and they will not form any co op Housing society as per Maharashtra co op Housing society act
You will get to know more about what is disadvantage of condominium complex searching at Google then I refuse to book and tell them I was not interested and went to meet an freind who came to site to meet me after which I requested for an drop to ambernath but they simply refused to arrange an droping off which initially promised to me by sakina and her boss that they promised me to pick and drop if I am not interested to book also but after reaching there if you not interested at all they will refuse to arrange an drop to your location at this pandemic time when no local trains is allowed for an common public like me I was devasted then arrange taxi my self at my own cost after so much of hurdle
So beware of raunak bonus city Thane kasarvadavali false promises.
