★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far from main road but considering ghodbunder road for new buyer's affordable pricing. Puraniks is well known brand in thane. This place is far away from pollution.
There are couple of other projects are also going on. It's a mini township in the nature.
Private developers had done good job in making roads here for better connectivity, compared to earlier it was way worst roads was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The crm and other sales team will never respond to you once you book the flat there.They never give possession on time and keeps on lieing for the same.Worst experience.It's not just me who is experiencing this type of unprofessional behaviour from puraniks.Please contact customers of tokyo bay or aaramb who are in deep stress because of delay in possesion of flats by more than 2 years for now.
