★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Sales attendent LOKESH this project is better then Hiranandani so there is 0% negotiation for the customer..wow?..Also for him Free furnitures and electronic items are provided by builders are branded and classy..as an architect and contractor I know how IKEA furnitures made in factory,they look beautiful but no life( engineered wood) kitchen steel drawers and electronic items are low standards..all items provided by builder are worth rupees 1.5 lakh max..so smart will not pay 5 lakh extra for this..Flat plan could be very much better.. unnecessarily space occupied..
Just don't get excited after looking at sample flat..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have started booking since 2014 with wrong commitment of completion. Poor quality. My flat is cancel by them self and selling to other. No one is ready to give our money back. Asking us to do anything what we want but will not give our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service..not trustworthy. Fake people. Beaware they will try to convince you anyhow. Once you book the flat they dont bother to contact you.They takes almost 8% within a month.you wont get any receipt even though you pay few lakhs. They wont entertain old custermer as they knew custermers are trapped and anyhow will continue as they paid few lakhs. So beaware before investing a single rupee here.
