I was surprised to see the project offering plenty of benefits that includes prime location, a comfortable and lavish lifestyle with amenities such as swimming pool for kids and adult, bbq area, bamboo court, amphitheater and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't invest in this pathetic project, also avoid investing in any project of Puraniks. While site visit and booking they are very polite but post transaction they show the real colours.
I have invested ₹51000/- in Puraniks City Reserva, post which I was not able to make further payment so I have ask for refund for which they denied.
I followed up with there managers Sunny and Vikram Shah but no positive response received
If am not buying anything with from Puraniks then why amount cannot be refunded ?
Pathetic service n pathetic staff including top management
DONT INVEST IN THIS FRAUD BUILDERS' PROJECTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very far from Thane or Borivali station. Atleast one hour drive from both the stations. Nearby places are not developed but as Metro is coming, this place will see good appreciation in next five years. If t have such patience, you can go for it

Also false commitments are done before booking and encrochments are made in open spaces of society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They does not show the main entrance of the project, which I have seen, the road are small & in bad conditions, they should improve the road, the rest of the project is good, there are a lot of amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my honest and experienced review. I had booked flat here with some amount and asking for cost sheet after booking with sales team as they facing some technical issues. Actually that was not technical , making fool to customers. After 2 days, Admin team of Puranik's sent me cost sheet with different amount ( 5 Lakh Difference). I had contacted sales team, they said you will get the same costing which was at the time of booking day.
This was not happened and Harsha and sales team not picking up my call.
After so many calls, i visited site office and come to know that they did fraud with me for giving 2 different price quote for same flat. All the people from sales team including Cluster head are sitting for making fool to customers. I had to cancelled my flat due to this unprofessional behavior and false commitment at first meeting and they could not give the same price at booking amount price. Don't trust this fraud people. They are sitting only for salary and incentives. Don't book flat here with sales people commitments. Even i raised complaint to Puranik's official id, not received any single call or response. It clearly means that, all Puranik's staff are aware about this issue. DONT GO BY BUILDER NAME!!!!!!!! Request to kindly see the actual site progress and background of that project & RERA.
