★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As compared to other projects Primal is costly hope construction quality is good and buyers get possession on time. 6 to 7 km from thane station but balkum Naka is near almost 3 to 5 mins walking distance.

We have booked 2.5bhk in Vyom.. Amazing view, top construction quality, safe and hygiene environment at sales office, quick booking process, RERA possession date is Jun 22, they will definitely deliver by Mar 22 as per recent development. You can explore the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros- The hospitality is awesome. Plus the Staff is very cool operative. All the process is smooth and really well managed. The quality is out of the question for sure.. Thanks piramal happy to join the community.
Cons- only thing I felt is the costing is totally different for each and every booking. I booked a flat with a smaller carpet with higher cost than some people with a bit larger carpet area and lower cost than me. So I am unhappy on this.
