Biggest fraud builder is doing that they are taking payments in fixed dates which is unrelated to progress of project so they complete only 50% work but take 80% payment. This is what happened with us. Builder is turning out to be a fraud here. The sold all flats of phase 1 by Dec 2020. They have progressed just 5-10% in project in last 15 months. Delivery of project was scheduled in March 2022 and now they going to deliver by Dec 2023. They are sitting on flat buyer's money and not completing any work. STAY AWAY FROM PROJECT!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unethical way of conducting business.
Sales team along with its director seek to do bookings just to show their target being achieved and hog on our money for months. Post few months they comeback saying they cannot proceed with the booking as the price has increased. I am like is this joke to them. Then they keep on harrassing you mentally. Call for unwanted meetings make fool out of you.
Wise words don't go for it. We have suffered you don't .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had searched for almost all of the major properties of Thane and had selected The ICON. The projects seems to be premium and was also available at an affordable cost with lots of amenities.
Also, I would like to point out that Pranav Jadhav from Sales team has helped us a lot and has always provided us with a transparent information about the project. He has made us comfortable with project details and has answered all of our countless queries. Kudos to him for his patience and for providing quality assistance.
Looking forward to receiving the possession at the earliest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this builder. Being his first project in Mumbai, everyone had high expectations from this project. He showcased everything at the sample flat site which was highly impressive. I think many of us got fooled because of this. Please note whosoever has given good reviews are either their channel partners or their own sales team. Buyers are harrased with repeated delay in delivery of first phase plus there is no communication from the Icon team. They are just raising demands and asking for money without any commitment on delivery time. After reading this review, if you still want to go ahead and book the flat, please ask them for progress of first phase. Initially, they have committed possession date Dec 2021, then revised to June 2022, now Dec 2022 and hardly 10 labourers are working on this big project. Possession in Dec 2022 is also a big question as plumbing, electric work, paint, flooring, everything is still pending. If they are committing possession date 2023, please add 3-4 years to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had seen many projects in Thane but zeroed down to The ICON, for best construction quality, location, concept, and the layouts. The overall support with regards to sales, post sales and finances have been great. Although due to the pandemic the possession is slightly delayed but every time we visited the sales office we were given an update and always open to discuss and shown the flats, unlike other developers where once the booking happens customer is of least importance.

The best part is their presentation and way of selling the level of transparency what they are maintaining must say only an MNC can do that, The most important think I liked is they deliver all the facility that they have showcased in their advertisement. Would surely like to focus and make a point that the company grows with his manpower and hiring process must say all there employees works like one team which a customer can feel at their site All the staff is well mannered and cooperative. I would thank the team for sharing all the best possible pros and cons of the project as per consumer behaviour and been so supportive from start.
Note - Make your self confident enough on bedroom sizes which seems they have took it as a point concern and learning which now they have changed it in new towers.
