★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False promises... Booked in August 2016 & possession was supposed to be in Oct-21 as per agreement. Now possession date is revised to Jun-24 (which again I am doubtful about). Almost 50% of flat value till date is paid. I haven't even seen the dummy flat, I don't even know if it is worth the cost. Also, I have to pay EMI as well as rent due to delay in possession. I have been pleading the CRM staff to help in some way as I am finding it very difficult & costly to pay the EMI & Rent together. If my extra cost (rent) not compensated by Runwal then I will go to consumer forum. Pls respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first the sales executive lied that they've a flat with the configuration I am looking at.. when I reached there there was only one inventory left with much lesser carpet.. Secondly they showed no interest in attending us.. we had to leave.. a disheartening experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Runwal destroy their image in market after destroyed Runwal Mycity Dombivli project, half complete project, no raid, no water from TMC, all residents are fed-up in 1 year, worst builder i can say as per my experience, if anyone doubt just meet any Runwal Mycity residents you will see real face of Runwal builder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All false promises, before taking possession we were promised that borewell water supply will be given in washrooms. Dirty water coming in both washrooms flush. As per facility team they are providing recycled water but in the name of recycled water dirty, smelly water is provided which is very unhygienic,people are falling sick because of this, raised ticket, complained to facility but still no response. Think twice before booking your apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is excellent but project is overcrowded. Connectivity is good but Station is bit far. Expensive from neighbourhood localities but delivers timely. Rooms are too small but ventilation is good. Amenities in abundance but charges too high. Local ambiance is peaceful but lacks conveniences. Brand is reputed but team is sluggish..!!

*Huge money paid bt what you got?? Different tiles at flat entrance. And they don't have in spare to replace with same. Now asking to manage .
*Parking needs to manage yourself or else project peoples will occupy.
*U hv to deposite without interest free Rs. 25000 before interior work starts.1400 flats × 25k ==???
*Debris collection Rs.15000 × 1400 flats.=??
*Want to rent flat then pay One rent amount to builder.
*Club house is very small for 1400 + Families.
