★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No business ethics!! I have booked my flat in 2019 in one of their project and very less progress has been done due to Covid 19 excuse. Now they have relaunched same project for less price per unit and I am bearing loss of approximately Rs 5 lacs because they keep changing base prices. Ideally if we book early then we should have advantage in terms of price. I did request them to reduce my flat price and it seems sales person is not in mood to help. Be careful with their sweet words. First they will push you to register flat and ensure to bind you in sales agreement. I am feeling cheated and frustrated due their price changing tactics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of flat booking staff calls you 4 times a day. But when you cancel your booking since then they dont even reply. Not even a single reply. Pathetic. Worst in serving customers. It's been 2 months now still no reply. No one receives call and doesn't even reply to emails and messages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just greedy for business and they dont care if your payouts are in place or not. Pathetic after sales service, clash of clients and sales people (SMs) behaviour is like "dhanda do aur commission ka kuch ata pata nahi." Even at their office they do not allow you to meet senior management people, in fact they will create all the obstacles for your meeting. Do not know what seniors know or think about these things. Their attitude is like apna kaam banta bhaad main jaaye janta, they keep on blaming each other but they wont promise you anything.

AGMs are unqualified , inhuman there self ego is on nxt level many employees were not even vaccinated . If you want to experience horror and worst days of your life .join soon as possible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The account team doesn’t respond. There hasn’t been any demand since 6 months now and there is no communication. When I called Shwetha the account manager, she is rude and disrespectful. She didn’t give any details but spoke as of Raunak is paying me. Once you get caught in the scheme , then you are stuck in their scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fugitive on-paper salary and incentive, beggarly at actuals. Behind aggressive sales culture, enormous harassment and ill treatment. Organizational policies are just namesake, can back fire you, never know. Extremely unpredictable on job security, one fine day may ask to put down papers and won't give you your working days salary..
