★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good locality. Pricing is little bit higher but worth as project is located in Vasant vihar which not much crowded area and peaceful. Overall good experience. Hope for the timely possession which seems realistic. Sagar is best sales person I came across.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good and project is also very good but due to TMC building behind, swimming pool of ashar edge is required to be covered for privacy. It would be excellent if the developer could create a design to cover the same to protect the privacy of our Ashar Edge's residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please provide for correct possession date. There is no clarity on possession date as your staff always keeps giving fake dates and keeps extending it without intimation. Chasing your staff for exact date of possession as I am currently living in a rented house and my agreement with owner is over. Please reply on this review with correct dates.
Giving a 5 star for the quality of project but will have to downgrade the rating if no response received for possession date as it shows poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked flat in covid ( Sept-20) when tower B was having only 7 floors built now at the end of April21 tower B has reached 27-28 floors. Construction pace seems good .. Sales person Sagar and Relation Manager Manisha is cooperative.
