★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super small, no space for storage. it is 1 BHK area turned to 2 BHK. I know few people who have booked it (thanks to their super sales skills and showing everything as extravagant) and are now unhappy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is new budget friendly homes in Majiwada. They are providing 475 sqft 2bk at around 84 lakhs including all amenities. You have to provide maintenance separately. The project is at a decent place. I had visited to see the project pricing and structure. It looks attractive and connectivity is also good, however I felt the size of house was super small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was commited to us in writing that possession of tower 1 will be in march 2022. Based on progress it nowhere looks they will be able to deliver it in 4 months.
Internal external work is pending and tower 2 which is constructed jointly is not even fully constructed yet.
It seems They've utilised the manpower elsewhere to construct other tower to ramp up bookings.
