Very good infrastructure,
Expecting lot more facilities in future.
At present bus connectivity is there.
Road widening is also started.
More open spaces with children play grounds with gardens around the premises are good looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are good and amenities are also good. Construction is okayish because surprisingly there is seepage in KALPATARU constructed houses. The technical team of Kalpataru claim it as color reaction and no seepage even though its clearly visible. Please check images and take decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finest society in terms of views. There are open spaces all around and thus views are unrestricted. Society is not yet formed and building is currently managed by the builder. New building, large corridors, 3 bhk has deck type balcony in living room. All amenities available and you will feel good vibes. Only issue is the road to enter the area which is bad in shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to live, one of best residency in thane with all amenities area for children to play, gym, parking ( also for visitors). It was good experience at Kalpataru Sunrise, Security Guards were humble at the gate and also at entrance lobby.
