As information received from my sources actually Kalpataru received Notice from TMC in the month of March or April regarding slow progress of central park compare to Immensa. So may be its mentioned there to stop Immensa progress or to get the more progress in central park.
This is the main reason of slow progress & not the Covid. Now its very doubtful @ the possession.
So be careful @ the possession of Expensia..you can consider 6 years down the line from now.
