β β β β β A very well planned project with lots of amenities with state of art club house,n proper garden fr childerns with beautiful layout of the flat with proper vastu, no wastage, proper sapce for ventilation,ample car parking spaces.
Near by mall, cinema house, hotels, mcd etc....school college hospitals also close by, with ample sources of transportation to every corner of mumbai n thane.
Overall A beautifully planed n developed project

β β β β β Does not deserve even single star! builder is minded with religious discrimination, which ultimately takes a toll over humanity and good section of people who just wish to live with peace and harmony and be a helpful hands for others neighbouring people. Really a shamful society if so formed..

β β β β β Hi all this is through our personal experience ..presently staying there In TULIP bldg...facing huge problem with water supply almost twice a week.
Complained to officials but no response after paying so much of money we are struggling for basics like water ..people are not even ready to call for tankers when there is poor tmc water supply...god knws y...
On top of that thing to be mentioned is.. that there is no provision given for storage to put water tank or smthg bcz there is no space for loft in flats given at al.
very shameful for such a big brand..so pls think wisely before investing here..ITS A BIG NAME WITH FAKE PROMISES AND INFRASTRUCTURE/FACILITIES

β β β β β Calm society with peaceful surroundings and good people. Not much noise around the area. Useful amenities with more coming up. Homes are moderately sized but have no problems regarding leakage and other such stuff. Ample parking space for two/four wheelers. Lots of place to walk around and for kids to play. No water issues.
All kinds of resourceful places like medical, grocery, supermarket and general stores are just a ten minute walk away. Hospitals and petrol pump nearby. More than three schools in the vicinity and excellent connections to the main road, so no issues in commute. All in all, itβs an excellent place to live.
UPDATE (08/04/2022)
Lot of water issues these days. Supply is unregulated and few blocks have constant water cut off.
Parking space has reduced drastically and has become a major issue in the society.

β β β β β Calm and peaceful society for family, Giving one star due to parking and water issues.
At the time of purchasing flat builder was saying no need to buy parking as we have lot of open parking space in complex but this is not the case.
We are having lot of parking issues due to limited open parking space( e.g Almond and Alcacia building having around 166 flats but only 25 cars can be parked in open space) due to that few flat owners have to park their car outside the society, and builder is asking for 5 lakhs for puzzle car parking which is very high for puzzle parking.
I will recommend whoever is planning to invest/buy flat in this society they should buy the parking with flat otherwise be ready to pay the price whatever builder demands.

β β β β β Home stay here is peaceful. Quite and nice ambience.
Worst things are more than nice things. So its completely shadows good things.
Worst Things.
1) Management is very poor. Officials are very arrogant. No responsible person to listen to your queries.
2) The complaints are getting ignored regularly. Only the things which have quick solutions are getting resolved.
3) Huge water crisis. Whole society is struggling for water from past so many years. No solution yet.
4) Very pathetic maintenance for common amenities. Common and most useful amenities are broken from past so many year. No maintenance at all.
5) Parking issue are taken for granted.
