Low speed
Can't do any professional work even risky for transaction (main time will disconnect and money deduct but work not done, then new work come for revert back deducted money)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ needs lot of improvement on connection quality front and connection speed as well. Noone cares about the excuses you guys keep giving.We have come to you for good internet not excuses.Very high rates as compared to service provided which is even more sad.

They don't respond if service is down.
At least inform your customers whenever service is down or apologies
again same issue and irresponsible behavior
if it continues to be same behavior then I would not hesitate to take them to consumer court

We had Done Recharge pack since 2 month back 12months plan 10mbps. 1week internet was working good somewhere evening getting network issue, then we requested for router installation at home,we got service around 26days its really horrible we are calling again and again in office and we get responses 'Yes we are working in it',,,,,, Very bad service internet is working like tortillas . They do not do implement in it. HI Tech team pls check my negative reviews here and solve our issue asap still 4 days ago internet is cut off.... Pls dont give us reason, we just want better service without internet cut off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lot's improvement needed most of the time Internet speed is very slow even though i use to buy 20 mbps plan and yet Netflix YouTube and others use to get buffering. And there plans are on expensive side and yet those plans are not worth it. They need to improve quality of there internet speed as compare to there prices or else they need to decrease there prices as there low quality of internet speed. And also internet keep getting shutdown and sometimes it get shutdown for more then 12 hr and in that period they don't even bother to pick up our call.
