★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Internet service provider in ratnagiri. Downtime is minimal. Staff is very helpful answers in less than hour. Speed is exactly same as your plan. I was using joister connect previously but their service is worst and staff don't cares about your complaint joisterconnect is simply scamming Ratnagirikars with 6 to 7 days downtime and speed issue. Thanks to shaibaaz sir for providing such a awesome and stable internet connection in ratnagiri.

Why do you have to say lies to people that you will come on time & then we have to wait for 10 days before you answer our phone calls?
Why do we, as paid customers, keep following up with you for everything?
Why can't you pay a small amount as salary & have a receptionist instead of one person doing everything?
Why can't you be organised?
Why do we have to ask so many questions & give you a bad review?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this lockdown due to pandemic I was in serch for good internet service provider with qualitative and responsive service.
After scrutiny finalized to go with SMARTNET and I am really happy with their services. Though their internet is stable with proper speed and without interruption the SMARTNET team is very responsive regarding attending complaint & issues come across to the clients and attempts immediately to resolve the issues if any with feedback on whatsapp.
Even in adverse situation of nature due to heavy rains and windy air in this month they desperately worked hard and restored the services.
Kudos to Team SMARTNET.
Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wish to buy an exclusive plan where you will be charged and will not get any connection like the ZERO internet speed go for it. The staff is highly professional they are totally capable of not solving your problem.
