★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Please don't use this service provide. Once they install then they dont answer phone calls or resolve issues. My internet is down since 3 days and yet no solution. Even i thought lets give it a try with Joister service even after bad feedback i got it installed but now i am regretting it. If you want a service provide then use anyone but not joister.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very good. I was skeptical about taking Joister connection after reading Google reviews. But I personally had a good experience. I applied for the connection in the morning and they provided connection in the evening. Internet speed is also as promised. But consider replacing the router as the network is very capable but is held down by the technologically old router.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even Third Grade service provider. No words to mention their grade, they are beyond than that. Only knows how to collect money from customers and once you pay, then you will be forgotten. Speed issues, disconnection issues are happened many times a day and there is no one to listen to you. Neither Joister Support nor their local service provider (RK Cables) will listen to you and will not even answer to your phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconsistent speed even after having 50 Mbps connection, technical support is practically non existant. People who sell and people who serve are different and dosen't seem to know each other. What kind of a joke is this internet service.
I am going to take them to consumer court on basis of unreliable connectivity and speed of internet. Their wacky internet service is costing me money.
