Took Nearly one month to service the printer, Took the money for servicing and delivered after months . But the printer got Not working within a week with no response from the service centre called all the Telephone given on Bill NO mentioned above and also on the mobile nos mentioned on google. FULL WASTE OF TIME , MONEY AND ALL THE EFFORTS WE PUT IN SERVICEING OUR PRINTER L1800.

β β β β β They are taking 650 as engineer charge and service it and told me if any machine problem they will replace it and don't take any engineer charge. But when i complain about problem that ink leakage. They don't give me a positive response and take time about 3weeks.? What you want? For more money? Please? dont be a cheap mentality guys. My serial id is X5DZ437275.
If this time you not solve it.. I will complain in Epson main portal.

β β β β β Very helpful staffs. I have arrived here with my brocken M100 at around 6:30pm. The Office was closing, 6 pm is their closing time. Inspite of that, they took my request and received the printer. The next morning at around 11 am I got the call from assigned enginner telling me that the printer is up and working! What a fast service! I am very much thankful.
