★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience at the Pavillion Mall outlet. I was assured a replacement bag in 7 days. It’s been over 20 days I’ve not received any calls/updates from the store. Moreover when I’m trying to call the store/ sales person MR Subhabeep; he refuses to answer to my calls, no call backs and not even a basic courtesy to message.
Guys pls re think for your visit at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a leather belt in Feb 2021 . After using 6 months it gets damaged , I had contacted to store near my home and they just glued the belt and give back to me . Now again , the belt is damaged . It’s very disappointing that the branch sell expensive belts but the quality is very poor . I will give zero rating . I will never recommend anyone to purchase such poor quality products from hidesign in future . Purchase at your own risk .
