★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing range of products. I love the range and variety of fragrances they have. They have Dior,Givenchy,Hermes, Michael Kors and other brands that you generally don't find anywhere.Team is also helpfull, they made my perfume available just within few days.

So for starters, this place is humongous and has an huge collection of all the things that a makeup crazy person would dream of. Being oblivious to the makeup world, the staff there helped me make a makeup basket that my wife loved. Loved the place and the staff too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is not passing the freebies which are available with brands. Purchased Clinique kit worth 2950 on which Pouch and eyeliner is free in other stores but Sephora didn’t pass the same to us. Not expected this from them.Looks like store is keeping all freebies to themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best mall in pune, don’t enter when crowded...safe place...I visited sephora to buy a gift for my girlfriend, overall brands are okay, but you will find bobbi brown’s best collection here, yes bobbi brown...I was overwhelmed by the consultation given by Miss Valencia, that was too good for a place in India. They do have some classy fragrances, n much more. Worth the money that’s why 5 stars. Meet Valencia to know more about your skin type and what makeup suits it, when u don’t know what to buy...superb

They don't even give a person personal space to figure out what exactly is needed. They just walk around shading on you.
And when told that I am just thinking about what I want and what I need to see and therefore I want my own space then also they don't leave you alone . Very horrible
