1.Very slow service.
2.Staff doesn’t have proper knowledge of their menu /combos.
3. Food is upto the mark.
Dont waste your precious time by visiting this outlet.
Toooooooooo slow !!!

Cafe Delhi Heights checks all the above points graciously, and I would love to visit this place again!
All the staff working here are humble and are friendly, with prompt response.
I certainly recommend this place if you want to try new food with a lovable ambience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service. Waited 30 mins with a kid and had to ask for a menu card and still no one to attend. The Delhi heights in ambience mall in Gurgaon is much better but this one was thoroughly pathetic. Left the restaurant without even water being served... Baad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bes place to have food in Pavilion. Amazing Ambience and service. We ordered mainly Italian and mexican cuisines like Alfredo pasta, nachos, pizzas, some chicken wings etc. Everything was fingerlicking tasty. The cheese was awesome , the portion size was also worth the price and there was no compromise in quality. There was good light music and so i would rate the overall experience 5 ⭐. I'll recommend you to eat nachos and pastas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafe Delhi Heights has a great menu. It's got some unique things, good vegan options, great variety. But it is very overpriced. Very. Wonder if the food was worth it...
The Railway Canteen Cutlet was pretty good, the lemonade and galoti kebabs were great. The chicken biryani is okay, not the best. I'd recommend trying one of the other dishes rather than the biryani. The Thai curry was okay. I also had a barbeque chicken Panini which I really liked.
We also ordered a pork chop (I think, or was it rib) and it was overcooked to the point that it had become chewy and hard to cut.
The dessert special was a chocolate cheesecake (I think) which we ordered. Instead, we got a complimentary mango cheesecake because the chocolate one wasn't available.
If you've read some of my other menus, you know that I do no like items of the menu being unavailable and that happens to me so many times. But this time, it got me free food so for now, I'm stuck in a dilemma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very average place. The staff is not so courteous. The timing says closing at midnight, however we were made to order at 11pm.
Taste is not at all like like "Delhi style". Food was bland.
Air conditioning was turned off thorughout, upon requesting also they didn't seem to turn it on.

Ambience: 2/5
PS: The food court serves much better food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big no no to this place..!! We order Indian railways cutlet and chicken Kathi rolls… none of them met the expectations rather Indian cutlets are way better than what they served..!! Chicken Kathi rolls were also dry and just like pizza mc puffs..!! Not good at all..!! Overprice as per the taste
