It was an okay experience. Not that great a biryani. Paranthas were already made just served hot. The veg curry was really good and gulab jamun too. Raita was again okay. So I will not rate it that high. But nonetheless if you have craving for biryani and you are in the mall. Go for it.

Located in the Pavilion mall food court. It serves biryani and curries. Thought their menu contains limited items but each item meticulously prepared and are very tasty. You should definitely try their murgh awadhi biryani and baida keema. The only thing that will bother you is their pricing. The quantity doesn't justify their high pricing.

Jamawali Biryani, Pavillion Mall, SB Road. #WanderDriveEat I have been eyeing this place ever since I've seen it in Pavillion Mall. I finally tried it a few days ago and I was floored by the taste and quality of the food! It is owned and managed by JW Marriott, so no surprises there. Gosht Biryani - A masterpiece. Subtle but flavoured with mild spices and aromatic with loads of ghee. The flavour of the rice is so mild, but so satisfying. Then the mutton pieces, so perfectly cooked, juicy, perfect proportion of fat and meat and just amazingly spiced. This is one of the best Biryanis in Pune. This is Awadhi style of biryani and apparently is the closest you can get to the original! (Rs 310) Talawa Gosht - If you thought the biryani was amazing, you should try this curry! My God! Absolutely succulent fall off the bone mutton in a beautifully spiced, mild but flavouful curry! It's thick and singing with onion and many whole spices. Paired with crisp and flaky laccha paratha, it is the perfect indulgent meal! Again layered with wonderful ghee. This is an incredible curry, soul satisfying! (Rs 340) They even have a combo where you get curry, paratha as well as biryani, but smaller quantities. Great if you wanna try everything in one go but I'd suggest order the full dishes! They even have chicken versions and a few veg dishes I think. Their Chaaz and Jal Jeera was pretty good too! Considering the quality and taste, this is totally value for money. It just doesn't seem like 'Food Court' food at all! The prices may seem on the higher side for a food court, but it's more than worth it!

Blunt taste with lots of aroma of kewda, my experience was worst, they served burnt chicken as can be seen in pictures.

Let me be frank here - eateries serving food with authentic taste is rare in Pune. This place both surprised and delighted us. A hat tip to them, for serving Masala Papads and the Non-Veg Meal well under 10 mins on a busy Friday night. Priced within 250 bucks, they could have added 1 more paratha (one wasn't enough). Everything from then on went good from great to awesome! The chicken with gravy had the mashallah Mughal taste and simply melted in my mouth. The rice and the chicken in the biriyani had that creamy-buttery scent and taste ? The sweet dish satisfied the sweet tooth. Of course, 1 Non-Veg Meal is not sufficient for 2 people. Next time I would try one of their biriyanis.
